Guide 00 · Start here
A quick tour of the portal itself — signing in, what each page does, and where to go when something needs your attention. Two minutes.
There's no password to remember. Enter your email and we send a single-use link that signs you in — or use a passkey (fingerprint, face, or PIN) once you've added one.
The first thing you see: how many people are covered, what it costs, when it renews, and everyone in your household. If something needs doing, it appears here first.
Who's in your household, and their status in Keeper. Household administrators can add or remove people here; everyone else can see who's covered.
Removing someone goes through a quick review first — a departing person's vault often holds things the family still needs, like the wifi password.
Your plan, price per person, invoices, and receipts. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — this portal never sees or stores a card number.
Add a passkey so you can sign in with your fingerprint, face, or PIN instead of waiting on an email. You can register several — a laptop and a phone — and remove any of them later.
Ask a real person. Messages go straight to Chase at Simple Technologies, not a ticket queue.
Remember the split: this portal handles seats and billing; Keeper holds your actual passwords. Two accounts, two different sign-ins — the Keeper setup guide covers that side.
