This portal handles your family's Keeper membership and billing. Here are the things people usually get stuck on — if none of it fits, just email and a human will sort it out.

I didn't get my sign-in link

Sign-in links come from no-reply@simple-technologies.net and expire quickly.

Check spam / junk — that's where it usually is.
Make sure you used the same email your household is registered under.
Request a fresh one; the newest link is the only one that works.

Keeper and this portal are two different things

People mix these up constantly, so to be clear:

Keeper — where your passwords actually live. Its invitation comes from Keeper Security and has its own master password.
This portal (FSSP) — where you set up billing and see invoices. Signing in here uses an emailed link or a passkey, never your Keeper password.

Accepting your Keeper invitation does not set up billing, and setting up billing does not create your Keeper account. Both need doing once.

I forgot my Keeper master password

Nobody can recover it — not Keeper, not Simple Technologies. That's the point of a zero-knowledge vault. If you set up account recovery in Keeper, use that. Otherwise contact us and we'll talk through the options.
