This portal is run by Chase Bradshaw for family, on infrastructure operated by his company, Simple Technologies. Your passwords live in Keeper's zero-knowledge vault — no one can read them: not Keeper, not Simple Technologies, not Chase.
Simple Technologies is a Keeper Managed Service Provider (MSP). Inside its Keeper system there is a node designated exclusively for the owner's family. Only Chase Bradshaw has administrative access to this family node and the accounts under it. No other Simple Technologies employee, contractor, or technician can access it. Each family that joins gets its own separate managed company under that node — families cannot see each other's accounts or data.
FSSP stores your name, email, household membership, and billing records (invoices, plan, renewal dates). Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never touch this portal. FSSP never stores, sees, or transmits anything inside your Keeper vault.
Because your vault is zero-knowledge, if you lose access (forgotten master password, lost account, or death), nobody can open it for you. Keeper's account transfer policy is the one safety valve: if you accept it, your vault can be transferred to your designated Keeper administrator in a recovery situation. Declining it means your data may be permanently lost if something goes wrong. We recommend accepting it — it exists for your protection, and it can only be exercised through Keeper's audited process, never silently.
