How billing & payments work

All guides

Your household is billed per member. You can pay by card or, when your administrator enables it, by an offline method. Here's the whole picture.

One household, one bill

Every covered member is a seat on your household. FSSP totals the seats and bills the household — you don't pay Keeper separately.

Paying by card

Card entry and receipts are handled securely by Stripe — FSSP never stores card numbers. Manage your card and download invoices from the Billing page.

Paying another way

Where offered, a household admin can request to pay by cash or check instead of a card. Choose it on the Billing page — the request goes to Chase at Simple Technologies for confirmation, and once approved your coverage is set for the year.

Offline payments are billed annually. You'll get a reminder before each renewal.

Renewals & lapses

Coverage renews automatically (card) or annually on approval (offline). If a payment lapses past the grace period, access can be locked after administrator review — your Keeper vault data is never deleted, and access is restored the moment payment is sorted.
